Refunds and Transfers

All cancellations, transfers or substitutions must be received in writing prior to the event.

More than 14 calendar day prior to the event start date, a participant may:

• Substitute attendee
• Transfer the credit to a difference course / product
• Apply for a refund of the monies paid ($50 administration fee applies)

14 - 8 calendar days prior to the event start date, a participant may:

• Substitute attendee
• Transfer the credit to a difference course / product

7 calendar days or less prior to the event start date, a participant may:

• Substitute attendee

An additional fee of $165 will apply if the original participant has completed an online DiSC assessment.

Driving Force Australia reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course to an alternative date. In this event, all registered participants will be offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available date, transfer to an alternative course or to receive a refund for any monies paid.
