Our Principles

Our approach is unique. All our consulting and training is based on the following principles;

Thought precedes action. Or said another way, to change someone's behaviour, you first need to change their thinking. Our materials are designed to challenge the way staff have thought in the past and to provoke new more effective, behaviours.

Enhancing sales effectiveness is not an event, it is a process. Our processes are more about embedding change than running training courses. Our process involves increasing self-awareness, learning and practicing new behaviours and reinforcement. Our goal is sustained improvement.

Holistic solution. It is unrealistic to train your sales team and then expect them to get better results in the same context. We help you refine the internal systems to ensure they support the sales effort. This is the best way to ensure that the changes are sustained.

Done with, not done to. We prefer the approach to be highly participative, drawing on the skills, knowledge and attributes of all your staff. This is both engaging for them and demonstrates that we are all able to learn from each other. Our focus on action learning is about facilitating change from within the organisation, rather than imposing our expertise. Staff actively participate in the process and will own the changes.
